CHRISTINE TEMPLETON was born a witch in the summer of ’87 under a balsamic moon. She mimics old world photography with contemporary devices that transforms the physical into the ethereal. Her art combines many of her obsessions that have lingered for a lifetime with a heavy focus on spirits, creatures, the divine feminine,  and the occult. Through her work she seeks to mimic memories long forgotten, childhood fever dreams and other unexplained paranormal phenomena.

A UNC Asheville graduate with a double major in art and mass communications, her works have received accolades, been published, and on display at various North Carolina galleries.
